El Yelmo
- Placed in Segura de la Sierra, El Yelmo is on the most iconic mounts in Sierras de Cazorla, Segura y Las Villas National Park.
- Its 1808 height and its central location in the shire makes possible to enjoy the amazing views from the top, reaching landscapes from Albacete, Ciudad real or Granada.
- It is very steep on the West side, however it’s possible to reach the top by car using the East side, although it is highly recommended- if weather condition and strength allow it- to enjoy one of the wide variety of paths to the top.
- The top- filled by communication antennae and a shelter- is famous as a flying sport center, whose fans got a compulsory date on ‘El Yelmo’ International Air Festival taking place at the beginning of June.
